How to remove pet urine from wooden flooring?
Did your four-legged friend have a little accident? No worries, you can make sure that your wood flooring stays as good as new by following these simple steps.
- If the accident just happened, immediately blot up the urine with a paper towel.
- Remove urine with a moist cloth as quickly as possible. If you’re too late and the stain has dried, rub mechanically with a dry cloth.
- Your final alternative is to use a cloth slightly moistened with Quick-Step cleaning agent. Apply a generous amount of Quick-Step Clean and wash thoroughly.
- Re-treat your clean flooring with oil. If possible, try to limit treatment to a single plank. If your wooden floor is lacquered, you will need to reapply the lacquer.
