Please always report your issue directly to your Quick-Step dealer. They will look into your problem and keep you informed about the progress

Product bought via the Quick-Step webshop:

Please report your issue via the complaints form below. Then submit the completed form to our technical experts team (full contact details are mentioned on the form).
